Chris Coniaris will lead mixed
level yoga sessions including asana, pranayama and meditation
for all levels of experience and ability. Chris has been an avid practitioner of
Hatha and Raja Yoga since 1989. His classes
explore yoga through asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy with an
emphasis on internal focus and deep relaxation.
Chris has studied throughout the US and India. He teaches nationwide workshops, teacher trainings, and
private sessions in addition to his weekly classes. He is sought out for his
depth, clarity and inspiration. |

General information |

|
Please bring a towel for the shower and
another if you want to use the pool or sauna. Bring your own
tent, flashlights, and sleeping bags for camping. There
is limited indoor space.
- We will provide 6 vegetarian meals. A dinner on Friday,
breakfast, lunch & dinner on Saturday and breakfast/lunch again on Sunday. If you
arrive early or stay longer you are welcome to cook additional meals in our
community kitchen. Look around the website it will answer most of your
